Successfully delivered 9T/H Ceramic Flat Sheet Membrane System to Xinjiang, effluent meets high-quality reuse standards

2026-01-23

Our company has delivered a 9 T/H ceramic flat sheet membrane system to a client in Xinjiang, with the key effluent indicators meeting the high-quality reuse standards.

Recently, the custom-manufactured ceramic flat sheet membrane filtration system developed by our company for an enterprise in Xinjiang has successfully passed the factory acceptance test and been officially dispatched for delivery. Designed with a water production capacity of 9 tons per hour and using groundwater as the source water, the system delivers effluent of superior quality. Its turbidity remains stably below 0.5 NTU and the Silt Density Index (SDI) stays consistently under 4. These key indicators far exceed the standards for domestic drinking water, fully meeting the stringent requirements of high-end industrial process water and water reuse.

Meeting Challenges with Reliable Solutions

Groundwater in some areas of Xinjiang is characterized by high hardness and fluctuating turbidity, which imposes stringent demands on the stability and pollution resistance of water treatment equipment. The delivered ceramic flat sheet membrane system, leveraging its core inorganic ceramic materials, demonstrates excellent chemical stability, mechanical strength, as well as outstanding wear and fouling resistance. It can stably cope with the complex water quality of groundwater for long periods, ensuring high-flux operation of the system with low energy consumption.

Superior Performance Setting New Standards for Water Treatment

The system’s effluent turbidity of less than 0.5 NTU signifies extremely high visual clarity of the water. Meanwhile, an SDI value of ≤ 4 indicates that the effluent is highly compatible with subsequent precision filtration systems (e.g., reverse osmosis membranes), effectively protecting downstream equipment and significantly reducing the operation and maintenance costs of the overall system. The achievement of these two core indicators marks that this set of equipment can not only produce "clean water" but also deliver "safe water" and "strategic water" suitable for industrial scenarios with strict water quality requirements.

Creating Value to Facilitate Sustainable Development

The successful implementation of this project will provide the client with a stable and cost-effective channel for high-quality water supply. The treated effluent can be directly used in production processes or serve as high-quality pre-treated water, significantly reducing reliance on water resources from municipal pipelines. While improving product quality and production efficiency, it also practices the green production concept of energy conservation, emission reduction and resource recycling.

Our company has been deeply engaged in the field of ceramic membrane separation technology, committed to providing customers with efficient, durable and low-operating-cost membrane-based water treatment solutions. The successful delivery of this equipment once again validates our capability in customized design and manufacturing based on customers’ specific source water conditions and water usage demands.

We will continue to innovate, helping more industrial customers around the world achieve efficient water resource management and value enhancement.
