Product Description

Product Overview

This equipment is specifically designed for mobile wastewater treatment plants. It adopts a skid-mounted or containerized integrated structure, integrating the electrochemical oxidation treatment unit, power system, circulating water tank, control cabinet, and piping accessories into a single module that can be hoisted and transported as a whole. Mobile wastewater treatment plants are suitable for decentralized point source treatment, temporary drainage treatment, emergency rescue, field construction, and on-site treatment of wastewater in small industrial parks or villages, solving the challenges points of traditional fixed wastewater treatment facilities such as long construction cycles, large footprints, and inability to relocate.

Based on electrochemical oxidation technology, this system requires no added chemical agents, produces no chemical sludge, and the electrode modules do not scale or clog during long-term operation. Simply connect the power supply and inlet/outlet water pipes for rapid operation. It efficiently removes organic matter, COD, color, and toxic substances from wastewater, producing effluent that meets discharge standards or can be reused. The equipment operates fully automatically and adapts to various complex water qualities, making it an ideal choice for mobile wastewater treatment..

Unique Needs of Mobile Wastewater Treatment Plants and Solutions for This Equipment

Challenges faced by mobile wastewater treatment stations:

Electrochemical Mobile Treatment Solution

Rapid deployment and frequent relocation are required.

Skirt-mounted/container design, truck transport, ready for operation within 1 hour of arrival.

Insufficient on-site reagent supply and storage facilities.

Zero-chemical operation, requires only electricity, no reliance on any chemicals.

Vast variations in water quality and quantity, coupled with a lack of professional personnel.

Broad-spectrum treatment capacity, fully automatic PLC control, strong shock resistance, no need for frequent adjustments.

Limited space at mobile stations necessitates high integration.

Integrated design, occupying only a few square meters to a dozen square meters, fully functional.

The treatment should not generate excessive sludge, thus reducing the disposal burden.

No chemical sludge, mobile station can be equipped with its own drying or collection devices.

The station must be adaptable to various wastewater types (different industries, different pollution characteristics).

Electrochemical oxidation is broadly effective against organic matter, capable of treating various organic wastewaters with COD ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of mg/L.

Working principle

Wastewater, after simple filtration (grid/basket filter), enters the circulating water tank of the mobile station and is pumped into the electrochemical reactor. Under the action of electrodes:

Electro-oxidation: Strong oxidizing groups (hydroxyl radicals, OH, etc.) are generated at the anode, rapidly oxidizing and decomposing organic matter and reducing substances in the wastewater, significantly reducing COD.

Removal of color and toxicity: Chromogenic groups and toxic organic matter are destroyed, resulting in clear effluent with reduced toxicity.

The treated clarified liquid meets discharge standards or is connected to the municipal sewer system, while scum is collected and disposed of centrally. The entire process is completed within a closed module, with no secondary pollution.

Core advantages (for mobile wastewater treatment plants)

Advantages

Description

Highly integrated, rapid deployment

All treatment units are integrated into a skid-mounted base or container, pre-commissioned at the factory, requiring only power and inlet/outlet water pipe connection upon arrival; operation is possible within one hour.

No chemical reagents required

Does not rely on flocculants, oxidants, acids, alkalis, or other chemicals, avoiding the problem of frequent reagent replenishment in mobile stations.

No sludge production

Produces no chemical sludge and minimal scum, significantly reducing the burden of sludge treatment and disposal for mobile stations.

Broad range of water quality adaptability

Can treat various organic wastewaters with COD of 500~50000 mg/L, and can directly treat pH ranges of 3~11, exhibiting strong shock resistance.

Electrode does not scale or clog

Special electrodes and operating modes ensure long-term cleanliness of the plates, even when treating high-hardness, high-salt wastewater, eliminating the need for frequent cleaning.

Fully automatic operation

PLC control and touchscreen operation allow for remote monitoring, eliminating the need for dedicated water treatment personnel.

Easy relocation

Equipment and foundation require only quick-connect cables and pipes; after disassembly, it can be hoisted and transported to the next location.

Applicable Scenarios

Decentralized industrial wastewater sources: Small machine shops, food processing plants, farms, laundry facilities, and other wastewater discharge points without sewage treatment facilities; multiple sites can be served in rotation.

Emergency response: Rapid on-site treatment capabilities for sudden pollution accidents, pipeline bursts, tank leaks, fire water disposal, etc.

Temporary engineering drainage: Temporary wastewater treatment from construction, pipeline cleaning, ship washing, field drilling, tunnel construction, etc.

Villages and remote areas: Rural domestic sewage, scenic area sewage, and highway service area sewage; multiple sites can share a single mobile unit for rotational treatment.

Industrial park initial rainwater or emergency pool wastewater: Mobile stations regularly empty emergency pools or rainwater collection pools of various enterprises.

Environmental inspections and time-limited rectification: Enterprises temporarily unable to meet emission standards can lease or purchase mobile stations as temporary treatment facilities.

Periodic drainage from exhaust gas scrubbing towers: Emissions from multiple exhaust gas scrubbing towers can be centrally treated by mobile stations.

Process Flow

Various types of wastewater → Raw water storage tank → Booster pump → Electrochemical treatment equipment → Effluent discharged in compliance with standards
