The fluoroplastic self-priming pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and combined with the craftsmanship of non-metallic pumps. The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, and all wetted parts are made of fluoroplastic alloy. Components such as the pump cover and impeller are integrally sintered and pressed with fluoroplastic coated on metal inserts. The shaft seal adopts an advanced externally mounted bellows mechanical seal, with the stationary ring made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride) and the rotating ring made of PTFE-filled material, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and sealing performance. Both the inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump.
Practical application shows that this pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
Features:All wetted parts of the pump are made of fluoroplastic alloy. Its most prominent advantage is the self-priming function, and the self-priming height can be set within the range of 1–3 meters according to the medium density.
