The corrosion-resistant filters manufactured by our company adopt high-strength, high-purity polypropylene (PP) as the core structural material, and are specially designed for treating various corrosive aqueous solutions and chemical fluids. With excellent chemical corrosion resistance, outstanding mechanical properties, and the characteristics of light weight and high strength, PP material has become an ideal alternative to traditional metal filters in corrosive environments. Our product range covers bag filters and cartridge-type precision filters, meeting different process requirements from rough filtration to precision filtration.
Design Highlights
Pure PP Injection Molding/Welding Forming:The main pressure-bearing components such as filter cartridges, top covers and bases are integrally injection-molded with pure PP raw materials or manufactured by professional hot-melt welding technology, without metal inserts, fundamentally eliminating the risk of chemical corrosion.
Chemical Compatibility:It can resist the erosion of most acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents at room temperature, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, dilute nitric acid, sodium hydroxide solution, brine, etc., with a wide applicable pH range.
High Strength:Compared with metal equipment, its weight is reduced by about 60%-70%, which greatly facilitates transportation, installation and daily maintenance. The material itself has excellent impact toughness.
Zero Corrosion Risk:The all-plastic structure completely solves the stress corrosion cracking problem that stainless steel may encounter in halide (e.g., chloride ion) environments, and is especially suitable for harsh environments such as seawater, bleaching wastewater and high-concentration wastewater.
Fluid Purity Guarantee:No metal ion dissolution and pollution, ensuring the cleanliness of the treated fluid. It is especially suitable for processes sensitive to metal impurities (e.g., electronic chemical production, high-purity reagent preparation).
Low Initial Investment:The material and processing costs are significantly lower than those of 316L stainless steel or special alloy equipment of the same specification.
Low Maintenance Cost:No need for anti-corrosion coating repair or passivation treatment, with simple daily maintenance and long service life.
High Comprehensive Cost-Effectiveness:Under corrosive working conditions, it provides a perfect solution that is more durable than ordinary stainless steel and more economical than high-end alloys.
Lightweight and Safe:A single person can easily open the top cover and replace the filter element, reducing labor intensity and safety risks.
Smooth Surface for Easy Cleaning:The PP surface does not adhere to materials and is easy to rinse, meeting the requirements of clean production.
Environmentally Friendly and Sustainable:PP material is recyclable, in line with the concept of green manufacturing.
Main Application Fields
Chemical and Pharmaceutical Processes
Filtration of strong acids, strong alkalis, active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) intermediates and solvents.
Security filtration of corrosive process fluids (e.g., PVA and H₂O₂ solutions).
Circulation filtration of acid/alkali cleaning agents in Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems.
Electroplating and Metal Surface Treatment
Continuous purification of various electroplating baths (e.g., chromium plating, nickel plating, acid copper plating), removing impurity particles and extending bath service life.
Pre-treatment and reuse filtration of wastewater after anodizing, etching and pickling processes.
Electronics and Semiconductor Industry
Terminal precision filtration of high-purity chemical reagents (e.g., CMP slurry, etching solution, developing solution), ensuring no metal contamination.
Polishing filtration in the post-stage of ultrapure water (UPW) systems.
Environmental Protection and Water Treatment
Reagent addition filtration and intermediate process filtration in the treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater, acidic wastewater, strong oxidizing wastewater and mixed wastewater in chemical parks.
Filtration of sodium hypochlorite and other bactericides in seawater desalination pre-treatment.
Food and Beverage Industry
Suitable for the filtration of acidic additives or cleaning solutions such as citric acid and acetic acid.
