Product Overview

This series of submersible mixers is a high-efficiency, energy-saving and fully submerged power mixing equipment specially designed for water and wastewater treatment processes. It highly integrates the motor, reduction gear and hydraulic impeller, and operates completely submerged in the liquid. By generating powerful axial flow or mixed flow, it realizes push-flow circulation, uniform mixing, sedimentation prevention and mass transfer enhancement in the process tank. As a core underwater power equipment in modern wastewater treatment plants, its reliability and efficiency are directly related to the stable operation and energy consumption indicators of the overall process.

High-efficiency Hydraulic Model: The impeller adopts Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) optimized design, which ensures the generation of maximum fluid propulsion or mixing intensity with minimal power consumption, achieving the optimal flow pattern and energy ratio (kW/m³·s).

High Reliability

Dual Mechanical Seal System: Adopts an independent, oil-chamber lubricated double mechanical seal to strictly prevent water from infiltrating into the motor cavity, ensuring absolute safety for long-term underwater operation.

Top IP68 Protection Class: The motor has Class F insulation, providing the highest underwater protection standard and adapting to all-weather continuous operation.

Corrosion-resistant Structure: All wetted parts are mainly made of AISI 304/316L stainless steel, or high-strength carbon steel coated with epoxy resin/polyurethane heavy-duty anti-corrosion layer, perfectly coping with corrosive and abrasive media.

Low Maintenance & Long Service Life

Lifetime Lubricated Bearings: Maintenance-free design greatly reduces downtime and maintenance costs.

Modular Design: Key components such as cable inlets and seal systems are modularized, facilitating quick on-site inspection and replacement.

Overheat Protection: PTC thermistors and humidity sensors are built into the motor windings and connected to the control cabinet, realizing real-time monitoring and alarm for overheating, overload and leakage.

The mixer is available in multiple installation modes including fixed type, movable type (guide rod lifting system) and floating type, suitable for new construction or renovation projects. The cable uses a sewage-resistant and tear-resistant flexible rubber sheathed cable, equipped with a special waterproof connector.
