This pump is a high-power and high-head fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump. Its external dimensions and installation sizes are all designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO international standards. All specifications adopt a motor direct-coupled structure supported by an intermediate bracket, featuring a compact layout and convenient disassembly. The main components are made of steel lined with F46, ensuring high strength of the pump body. High-performance neodymium-iron-boron magnetic material is used for the internal and external magnets, and the isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic materials, which greatly reduces magnetic eddy current loss. The pump is capable of conveying high-concentration, highly corrosive media with a density exceeding 1.9 t/m³.
It adopts an indirect non-contact magnetic drive mode. The internal and external magnets are completely isolated by an isolation sleeve, keeping the pump chamber in a fully sealed state. This completely eliminates leakage and avoids any pollution to the application site, making it particularly suitable for conveying strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, flammable and explosive substances, toxic and volatile media. With its excellent performance and low price, the IMD series magnetic drive pump has become the first choice for users to replace expensive imported magnetic drive pumps with difficult-to-obtain spare parts in many projects.
The flow rate of this magnetic drive pump ranges from 6 to 120 m³/h, and the lift ranges from 15 to 40 m. It is suitable for conveying highly corrosive, flammable, toxic and volatile chemical media.
Operating Temperature: -20℃ to 100℃. Dry running of the pump is strictly prohibited.
Leak-proof Design and Working Principle:The shaft seal is eliminated, and the pump is driven indirectly by magnetic coupling, completely getting rid of the trouble of leakage and avoiding any pollution to the application site. Since the wetted parts of the pump are made of fluoroplastic alloy, it can continuously convey corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and strong oxidants of any concentration without any damage. The driving device adopts an active permanent magnet coupling directly mounted on the motor shaft. The pump chamber is fully sealed, and the impeller is driven to rotate indirectly through magnetic coupling, featuring a compact structure, safety and energy efficiency.
Robust and Durable Pump Body Structure:Although the liquid-contacting parts are made of fluoroplastic, the pump casing is constructed with metal materials, so the pump body is strong enough to bear the weight of pipelines and resist mechanical impact.
