In response to the core demands for zero energy consumption and zero complex maintenance in wastewater treatment in rural areas, off-grid communities, and ecologically sensitive regions, we have launched an innovative silent integrated biological treatment system. Abandoning traditional aeration equipment and water pumps entirely, this system achieves stable purification of domestic wastewater through an ingenious gravity-fed design and high-efficiency biofilm technology, making it a revolutionary solution for decentralized wastewater treatment.
The system adopts a modular tank structure, where wastewater flows entirely by gravity based on terrain drop—no water pump lifting or circulation is required whatsoever. Its core treatment unit employs a specially enhanced composite process of "anaerobic-anoxic-natural ventilation biofilm":
Front-End Anaerobic Digestion Zone:Wastewater first enters this zone, where anaerobic microorganisms decompose most organic matter and complete preliminary sludge sedimentation, significantly reducing the pollutant load.
Anoxic Zone:Filled with high-strength biological fillers, this zone creates an enormous surface area for biofilm attachment. Through a unique tank structure design, natural air convection and diffusion are realized, forming an anoxic/anaerobic microenvironment inside. In this composite environment, microorganisms efficiently remove residual COD and ammonia nitrogen simultaneously without any mechanical aeration.
Terminal Clarification Zone:Solid-liquid separation is achieved via gravitational sedimentation, ensuring clear and up-to-standard effluent discharge.
Core Advantages of the System
Absolute Zero Operational Energy Consumption:No electricity-driven aerators, water pumps, or blowers are needed, completely eliminating reliance on the power grid and significantly reducing carbon emissions and long-term operational costs.
Ultimate Simplification, Almost Maintenance-Free:There are no rotating mechanical parts, fundamentally eliminating the risk of mechanical failures. Routine maintenance only requires 1–2 inspections and sludge cleanings per year, which can be easily completed by community personnel without professional technicians.
Excellent Treatment Stability:The rich biofilm ecosystem has a strong buffering and adaptive capacity to fluctuations in water quality and volume (e.g., uneven water usage in rural areas). The effluent quality is stable and reliable, with particular proficiency in organic matter removal and denitrification.
High Environmental Compatibility:The system can be fully or semi-buried, with topsoil greening available. It does not occupy valuable land resources, generates no noise or odor, and integrates seamlessly into rural and natural landscapes.
Durable and Long Service Life:The tank body is made of high-performance composite materials or anti-corrosion carbon steel. The core biological fillers are permanently maintenance-free, and the system is designed for a service life of over 20 years.
Typical Application Scenarios
Areas without power grids or with unstable power supply: A fundamental solution for wastewater treatment in remote mountain villages, islands, pastoral areas, and off-grid communities in developing countries.
Ecologically sensitive areas and nature reserves: Tourism facilities, campsites, and conservation stations that require minimal human intervention and energy consumption.
Small-scale decentralized communities: Independent wastewater treatment for single or clustered buildings such as villa communities, small villages, schools, and temples.
Energy-saving alternative to traditional processes: Projects with access to electricity but seeking to minimize operational costs and maintenance complexity to the greatest extent.
