Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine: Used for sludge dewatering in industries such as sewage treatment, food processing, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, papermaking, and leather.
The screw press sludge dewatering machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment. It realizes sludge compression and dewatering by virtue of the strong extrusion force generated by the variation of screw diameter and pitch, as well as the tiny gaps between the moving rings and fixed rings. It is widely applicable to sludge dewatering in various industries including municipal sewage, food, beverage, slaughtering and breeding, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, papermaking, leather, and pharmaceuticals.
Its unique dewatering principle makes it suitable for both high and low concentration sludge, pioneering the direct dewatering of low concentration sludge. The innovative structural design enables the equipment to handle various types of sludge with high and low viscosity, especially oily sludge, making it an excellent tool for oily sludge dewatering.
The main body of the screw press sludge dewatering machine is a filtration device composed of multiple fixed rings and moving rings, with a screw shaft running through them. The front section serves as the concentration zone, and the rear section as the dewatering zone. The sludge concentration and press dewatering processes are completed in a single cylinder, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration methods with a unique and sophisticated filter body structure.
After gravity concentration in the concentration zone, the sludge is transported to the dewatering zone. During the advancing process, as the filter gaps and screw pitch gradually narrow, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, extremely high internal pressure is generated and the volume is continuously reduced, achieving the goal of sufficient dewatering.
