This system is a complete electromechanical integration unit integrating three functions: sensing, decision-making, and execution.
Sensing Unit: On-line Water Quality Analysis Instruments
pH/ORP Controller: Continuously monitors the pH value or oxidation-reduction potential of the process water, providing real-time data for acid-base neutralization or redox reactions.
Turbidity/Suspended Solids (SS) Analyzer/Streaming Current Detector (SCD): Real-time detects the effect of coagulation and flocculation, providing direct or indirect feedback signals for the dosing of coagulants and flocculants.
Flow Meter: Monitors the treated water volume, providing a benchmark for proportional dosing.
Decision-making Unit: Intelligent Control System
