Enhanced Pretreatment & Solid-Liquid Separation Unit:Equipped with dedicated grilles, flocculation air flotation units, or high-efficiency inclined plate separators, it effectively removes solid suspended solids (SS) such as fecal particles, hair, and feed residues. This significantly reduces the load on subsequent biological treatment units, while the separated solids can be used as high-quality raw materials for organic fertilizers.
Anaerobic Module:Utilizes an anaerobic reactor where microorganisms degrade the vast majority of organic pollutants in the wastewater under oxygen-free conditions.
High-Efficiency Advanced Aerobic Treatment Unit:Effluent from the anaerobic reactor undergoes advanced treatment via supporting aerobic processes such as A/O, SBR, or MBBR. This thoroughly eliminates residual organic matter and achieves biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal, ensuring that key indicators (COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, etc.) in the effluent stably meet standards for direct discharge or agricultural irrigation reuse.
Terminal Safety Assurance & Resource Utilization Options:A disinfection unit (UV or chemical disinfection) can be configured as required to kill pathogens. The treated effluent can be safely discharged, or further processed through ecological wetlands/storage ponds for use as liquid organic fertilizer in surrounding farmland irrigation, realizing the recycling of nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium).
Fully Automated Intelligent Monitoring System:Integrates a PLC automatic control system and online monitoring of key parameters (pH, temperature, ORP), enabling stable and efficient operation of the anaerobic reactor with real-time early warning.
