This series of separators adopts advanced mechanical dehydration principles, capable of continuously and stably separating complex materials such as sludge, manure waste, kitchen waste, and organic residue into low-moisture solid cakes and clarified liquid. It significantly achieves material volume reduction, stabilization and resource utilization, serving as a core piece of equipment in the processes of environmental protection, agriculture, food production and industrial wastewater treatment.
Core Working Principle and Process:Materials are uniformly fed into the main body of the separator via a feed pump or conveyor. Driven by strong mechanical pressure (screw extrusion, centrifugal force or belt filter pressing), free water and interstitial water in the materials are forcibly separated. The solid fraction forms a filter cake under pressure inside the equipment, and is discharged from the residue outlet after its moisture content is drastically reduced; the liquid fraction (filtrate) is collected through a screen or filter cloth. The entire process can realize fully automatic continuous operation with high treatment efficiency.
