This pump is a cantilever-type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding wear resistance with steel lining of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE).
The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump series is specially designed for conveying corrosive media containing fine particles or crystals. Manufactured by the compression molding process of steel-lined UHMW-PE, these pumps boast excellent corrosion resistance and superior wear resistance. Structurally, they adopt a cantilever front-opening design, and the impeller is of semi-open type (without front cover plate), which enhances the passability inside the flow channel. This allows particles and impurities in the medium to pass through the pump chamber quickly without causing blockage. The shaft seal is a K-type fluororubber sealing ring equipped with an external cooling water jacket, which meets the dual requirements of corrosion resistance and wear resistance. This series of products has won high praise from users in industries such as metal smelting, titanium dioxide production, fine chemical engineering and chemical fertilizer manufacturing. In addition, fluoroplastic lining can be adopted to meet customers' special requirements for corrosion resistance or temperature resistance, and non-standard models with special flow rate and lift can also be customized.
The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump is a cantilever-type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, specially designed and developed for conveying corrosive media containing fine particles. The pump is made of steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which is the latest generation of engineering plastic for pumps with corrosion and wear resistance. Its most prominent advantages are the most excellent wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact resistance), creep resistance (environmental stress cracking resistance) and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.
Applications
This product is widely used for conveying liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, oils, food, beverages, wines and organic solvents. It is particularly suitable for transporting highly corrosive substances containing fine particles.
