The Roots blower is a positive displacement volumetric blower, featuring a robust structure, constant output flow, and strong adaptability. Working Principle
"Three-lobe" or "two-lobe" rotor design:
Precisely machined rotors mounted on two parallel shafts rotate synchronously in opposite directions with minimal clearance inside the casing.
Gas is trapped in the space between the rotors and the casing through the air inlet, conveyed to the air outlet without internal compression as the rotors turn, and then forced out against the back pressure.
The flow rate is strictly proportional to the rotational speed, and pressure changes have minimal impact on the flow rate.
