This product is made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a precision mirror-polished inner surface and a matte or polished outer surface, fully meeting the sanitary water storage requirements of the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and bioengineering industries. The water tank is equipped with a manhole, a breathable filter, a level gauge, and other sanitary accessories, ensuring no dead corners and easy emptying, preventing bacterial growth and secondary contamination. It is widely used for the storage and preparation of purified water, water for injection, beverage ingredients, dairy products, alcoholic beverages, and high-end drinking water.

Tank Body: Customizable, vertical, horizontal, or square structure. Conical or elliptical bottom for easy emptying.

Inner Surface Treatment: Mechanically polished, seamless, no weld seams or unevenness.

Sanitary Manhole: Quick-opening pressure manhole (≥400mm), with safety mesh or spring-assisted opening.

Ventilation Filter: Hydrophobic breather (0.22 microns) to prevent external air contamination and maintain internal pressure balance.

Level/Temperature/Pressure Interfaces: Optional sanitary level gauge, thermometer, pressure gauge, and sterile sampling valve.

Legs: Adjustable height stainless steel legs.

Working principle and use

Clean water is delivered to the storage tank through sanitary piping, and is kept away from external microorganisms during storage using a breather. Water is discharged through the bottom outlet (anti-vortex baffle) when needed. The tank can be equipped with a drain valve for regular online cleaning and steam in-place (SIP) sterilization to ensure long-term microbiological safety.
