This equipment is specifically designed for treating various types of oily emulsion wastewater, such as machining cutting fluids, rolling fluids, and oily cleaning wastewater. By automatically adding a demulsifier, the stable interface of the emulsion is disrupted, causing oil droplets to coalesce and precipitate. The oil is then efficiently separated by an oil-water separator. The system integrates a dosing device (dosing tank, mixer, dosing pump), a reaction tank (with agitator), and an oil-water separator. It features a high degree of automation, thorough demulsification, and can reduce the oil content of the effluent to a very low level.

Fully Automatic Dosing System: Includes a corrosion-resistant dosing tank (PE/PP/stainless steel), a top-mounted mixer, and a high-precision dosing pump (mechanical diaphragm or metering pump). Used for adding inorganic or organic demulsifiers.
Demulsification Mixing Tank: Equipped with a variable-speed or constant-speed mixer to ensure thorough mixing and reaction of the demulsifier with the emulsion, rapidly breaking down the oil-water interface film.
Oil-Water Separator: Employs gravity separation, inclined plate coalescence, or air flotation-assisted separation structures to efficiently collect floating oil and discharge clean water.
Electrical Control System: PLC fully automatic control, capable of联动 (linking) water intake, dosing, mixing, oil discharge, and sludge discharge; supports manual/automatic switching and remote monitoring.
Working principle
Demulsification: The oil-containing emulsion enters the reaction tank, and an automatic dosing device adds demulsifier according to a set ratio. A mixer promotes rapid contact between the agent and the emulsion, breaking down the emulsion layer and causing tiny oil droplets to coalesce into larger droplets or oil flocs.
Oil-Water Separation: Utilizing the density difference between oil and water, the floating oil rises to the top and is sucked into an oil-water separator. A small amount of clear water is discharged from the bottom. Some equipment can be equipped with an oil skimmer or oil suction device.
Automatic Oil and Sludge Discharge: Waste oil in the oil collection tank is periodically discharged automatically or manually; a small amount of sludge settled at the bottom is periodically cleaned.
