The ceramic flat sheet ultrafiltration equipment manufactured by our company is a high-end separation system with high-performance inorganic ceramic membranes as the core filtration elements. It adopts flat porous ceramic membranes sintered at high temperature from materials such as alumina and zirconia. Relying on its outstanding physicochemical stability, it provides a durable and reliable solution for liquid-solid separation under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, strong corrosion and heavy contamination.

Compared with traditional organic polymer membranes, the core advantages of this equipment stem from the inherent characteristics of its inorganic material:

First, superior chemical stability: it can withstand long-term erosion by strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents and strong oxidants, allowing thorough cleaning with extreme chemical agents and featuring strong membrane flux recovery capability.

Second, excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability: the membrane elements are sturdy and not easily damaged, and can withstand high-temperature media above 80℃ and relatively high operating pressure for a long time.

Third, extremely long service life: with proper maintenance, its service life can reach 5-10 times that of organic membranes, which significantly reduces the long-term replacement cost of core consumables and the burden of operation and maintenance.

During system operation, the liquid to be treated flows parallel across the membrane surface driven by pressure. Water and small-molecule substances pass through the membrane pores, while suspended particles, colloids, bacteria and macromolecular organics are precisely retained, thus achieving efficient clarification, separation and concentration.

Based on the above characteristics, this equipment is particularly suitable for harsh industrial fields, mainly including: filtration of high-temperature process fluids (e.g., condensate water reuse, hot lye recovery), material separation and recovery under strong acid-base conditions, microbial cell retention and concentration of high-value biofermentation broths (e.g., antibiotics, enzyme preparations), pretreatment of special wastewater (e.g., emulsified oily wastewater, high-salt wastewater), and serving as the ultimate pretreatment barrier for drinking water safety guarantee.
