To meet the stringent requirements for high-efficiency disinfection and advanced oxidation, we provide a complete set of ozone system solutions based on on-site oxygen generation (PSA) technology. This system integrates air compression, deep drying, oxygen purification and ozone generation into one unit, ensuring maximum ozone output and the most stable operational performance at the lowest operating cost.
Air Compression and Purification Unit:Ambient Air → Oil-free Air Compressor → Refrigerated Air Dryer
It supplies an oil-free and dry compressed air source. Dry air is the cornerstone for protecting subsequent equipment and achieving high-efficiency oxygen generation. It eliminates oil contamination from the source, prevents water from freezing or adsorbing, and ensures the long-term stable operation of the system.
On-site Oxygen Generation Unit:Dry Compressed Air → Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Oxygen Generator
It separates dry air to continuously produce high-purity oxygen with a concentration of 90%-95%, which serves as the feed gas for the ozone generator.
High Efficiency: Using oxygen as the feedstock, the ozone generation efficiency is about 2–3 times higher than that using air, with significantly reduced energy consumption.
High Concentration: It can produce ozone gas with a concentration of up to 10–15wt%, delivering stronger oxidation and disinfection capabilities as well as higher dosing efficiency.
High Stability: Unaffected by fluctuations in ambient air humidity and quality, it ensures stable output gas composition.
Economical Efficiency: Compared with purchasing liquid oxygen externally, it features extremely low long-term operating costs and avoids transportation and storage risks.
Ozone Generation and Dosing Unit:High-purity Oxygen → High-frequency & High-voltage Ozone Generator → Ozone
Under the action of high-voltage discharge, it efficiently converts oxygen into ozone. It adopts ceramic-coated dielectric tubes and intelligent power supplies, featuring corrosion resistance, long service life and high ozone conversion efficiency. The system is equipped with multiple safety and monitoring devices to ensure reliable operation.
Advantages of Our Ozone System
Full-process Optimization & Excellent Efficiency:Designed exclusively for oxygen feedstock, it maximizes energy efficiency throughout the entire process from gas supply to dosing.
Significantly Reduced Operating Costs:It saves substantial power consumption and eliminates expensive liquid oxygen costs, resulting in a short investment payback period.
Superior Output Quality & Stability:The production of high-concentration and high-purity ozone ensures consistent treatment effects.
High Automation & Safety:PLC fully automatic control is adopted to monitor key parameters such as ozone concentration, flow rate and pressure in real time, with integrated tail gas destruction and safety interlock functions.
Modular Design & Strong Adaptability:It can be flexibly configured according to customers' gas volume and concentration requirements, and supports parallel expansion of modules.
Application Scenarios
Municipal water supply, sewage treatment, industrial oxidation, food processing and space disinfection.
