To meet customers' demands for high-quality filtered water, we provide a mature, reliable and highly efficient integrated solution for pretreatment and advanced purification. This system combines a bag filter and an automatic backwashing ultrafiltration unit, aiming to achieve stable high-quality water production at the lowest operating cost. It is widely used in drinking water purification, process water treatment, wastewater reuse, seawater desalination pretreatment and other fields.
Stage 1: Quartz Sand + Bag Filtration:Serving as the "outpost" of the system, it effectively removes suspended solids, sediment, rust, algae and other large particulate impurities (filtration precision range: 25–50 μm) from raw water. It protects and extends the service life of the key ultrafiltration membrane elements in the downstream process and prevents membrane clogging. The equipment features a simple structure, strong dirt-holding capacity, quick and cost-effective filter bag replacement, and extremely low maintenance costs.
Stage 2: Ultrafiltration (UF) Advanced Purification:It adopts hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes (molecular weight cut-off: 1,000–500,000 Daltons, pore size: approx. 0.002–0.1 μm) for molecular-level filtration. It can remove nearly 100% of bacteria, viruses, colloids, macromolecular organics and fine suspended solids. The effluent turbidity is usually below 0.5 NTU with SDI₁₅ < 4, which provides perfect protection for subsequent processes (e.g., reverse osmosis) or directly produces high-quality water for use.
Our ultrafiltration system integrates an intelligent pneumatic/hydraulic backwashing program, which automatically removes contaminants on the membrane surface on a regular basis. This function can significantly restore membrane flux, reduce the frequency of chemical cleaning, greatly improve the operational stability and automation level of the system, lower the labor and material costs of long-term maintenance, and ensure 24/7 continuous and reliable operation.
Advantages of Our Equipment
Dual Protection for Reliable System Operation:The staged filtration concept maximizes the protection of core membrane elements, resulting in a low system failure rate.
Low Operating Costs:Efficient pretreatment combined with physical backwashing minimizes chemical agent consumption and energy consumption.
High Level of Automation:PLC-controlled system enables automatic operation, backwashing and blowdown, reducing manual intervention.
Excellent and Stable Effluent Quality:It meets various international water standards, making it an ideal choice for ensuring subsequent processes or direct water use.
Modular Design:Easy to expand, it can adapt to different scale requirements ranging from small-scale equipment to large-scale water plants.
Application Scenarios
Drinking water purification, industrial water treatment, beverage, biotechnology, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, chemical engineering, metallurgy, petroleum, etc.
