We provide an integrated skid-mounted pure water and ultrapure water preparation system, delivering efficient and flexible water treatment solutions for industrial customers worldwide. The system adopts a modular design with two core configurations: the pretreatment + reverse osmosis (RO) system stably produces high-purity water for general industrial processes; while the pretreatment + reverse osmosis + EDI system continuously generates ultrapure water without chemical regeneration, fully meeting the stringent water quality requirements of electronics, semiconductors, high-end pharmaceutical and other sectors.
The pretreatment unit is the key to ensuring the long-term stable operation of the system, which adopts a multi-stage precision filtration process: quartz sand filter first removes suspended particles and reduces turbidity; activated carbon filter then adsorbs residual chlorine, organic matter and other impurities; the subsequent water softener effectively removes calcium and magnesium ions to prevent scaling; and finally, the security filter (usually 5μm) acts as the ultimate barrier to ensure the safe and clean inlet water for the core membrane modules.
The core advantage of this equipment lies in its highly integrated skid-mounted design. All components are pre-installed on a sturdy base in the factory, achieving true plug-and-play operation. This greatly reduces on-site installation workload, time and costs, and facilitates long-distance transportation and rapid deployment, making it particularly suitable for overseas projects or space-constrained sites.
